When to call us
No heat, weak or cold air, the furnace short-cycling on and off, banging or grinding noises, a yellow pilot flame instead of blue, or a tripped CO detector — call right away. Heating problems compound quickly in cold weather and a few of them (especially CO concerns) are safety issues, not comfort issues.
What the visit looks like
Our technician inspects the unit, runs the manufacturer diagnostic sequence, and checks the heat exchanger, igniter, gas valve, blower, and venting. You get a written price for the repair before work begins.
If we find a cracked heat exchanger or a venting failure, we shut the system down and walk through your options. We don't restart unsafe equipment.
Pricing approach
Diagnostic is $89, applied toward the repair. Repair pricing is flat-rate. Emergency overnight service is available for no-heat calls and is priced on the work order before dispatch.
Warranty
1-year parts and labor on repair work. Manufacturer warranties on any new components.
