What the plan covers
Twice a year (one cooling-season visit, one heating-season visit) we inspect, clean, and test your AC and furnace before the season they need to perform. We catch worn capacitors, dirty coils, refrigerant issues, blower problems, and igniter degradation before they leave you without heat or cooling.
Why it's worth it
Maintenance plans typically pay for themselves in three ways: utility-bill savings from a system running at peak efficiency, longer system life (a maintained AC lasts 3-5 years longer than an unmaintained one), and breakdown avoidance. Most no-heat / no-cool emergency calls are problems that would have shown up at a tune-up months earlier.
